Duties & Import Taxes

No surprise fees at delivery.

We believe the price you see at checkout should be the price you pay.

All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Any applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so there are no additional duties or customs charges due when your package arrives.

Alien Cowboy Club covers DHL's handling and administrative fees associated with customs clearance.

Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a DHL tracking number by email.

Most international orders arrive within 2–8 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs processing, local holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

A Note From Bali

Everything we make begins here in Bali. Many of our pieces involve handwork, small-batch production, and materials sourced from across Indonesia and beyond.

We're a small independent studio, but we want ordering from us—wherever you are in the world—to feel easy. That's why we ship express, subsidize international shipping, and take care of the customs process upfront. Let us know your experience, so we can tweak processes as we learn.
