Shipping

Every piece is made and shipped from our workshop in Bali, Indonesia.

We ship worldwide with DHL, providing fast, reliable, fully tracked delivery.

To keep things simple, we currently offer flat-rate shipping:

• Worldwide: Flat $25 USD
• Indonesia: Flat IDR 100,000

For many destinations, we cover a portion of the actual shipping cost.

Free shipping is available on international orders over $350 USD and Indonesia orders over IDR 3,000,000.

International Orders:

Orders are shipped from our workshop in Bali, Indonesia. Depending on your country's import regulations, duties and taxes may be charged upon arrival. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Alien Cowboy Club is intentionally a small-batch, slow fashion brand. Many of our garments are produced in limited quantities—or are completely one of a kind—so we encourage customers to purchase thoughtfully rather than order multiple sizes with the intention of returning most of them.

If you need to make a return, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
